At FitWithVC.com, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness programs that deliver results. To ensure you’ve fully engaged with our program, we offer a 7-day refund policy with specific conditions.

Refund Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase date. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund.
  • Condition: Refunds will only be granted if you can provide video evidence that you have followed all the instructions and completed the tasks as directed by our coach. This includes recording yourself while performing the exercises and any other tasks outlined in the program.
  • Usage: Refunds are applicable only if the video proof shows full compliance with the coach’s instructions and you have not accessed more than 25% of the content or services provided in your plan.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, email our customer support team at support@fitwithvc.com with your order details, reason for the refund, and the video recordings as proof of compliance with the program.
  2. Refund Process: After reviewing your refund request and the submitted video proof, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Refunds are not available for services that have been fully accessed or completed without following the provided instructions.
  • Gift cards or vouchers are non-refundable.
